^ +1 that stuff works pretty well. If you have a buffer it makes the job much easier.

You can purchase it at a local auto parts store.

i used this type of kit before. it's time consuming compared to using the plaxtix or brake fluid and it comes out about the as the other two methods. Also if some of the liquid gets on your paint, it could ruin it.

Be careful not to get brake fluid on your paint. It will ruin the paint.

Just last night I used some Zaino Z-PC http://www.zainostore.com/Merchant2/...roduct_Count=6 with my drill and buffing pad and removed the haze on mt sedan's headlights in less than 30 seconds a headlight.

While you're ordering the Z-PC, go ahead and get some other Zaino stuff because it's a flat rate shipping fee no matter how much you order.

ya its just a wax really. rub it on, let it haze then wipe off. lasts a week or 2 depending.

you know its bad when they have a pic of our cars on them.

I wouldn't use brake fluid. It's too risky getting some on your paint.

The Zaino Z-PC is slightly abrasive (it's made to work on paint to smooth it out) and actually removes the haze instead of filling in the rough places with wax.

From what I understand Zaino can only be bought online, they stopped in store sales a bit ago.

it lasts probably as long as the plastix does since i've used them both. To answer gilley's concern, i just dab it on a terry cloth in a small area of it and begin in the middle of the headlight and work my way out. paint is good, but just like anything that could be abrasive to the paint, just be extra careful.
