very sharp bit, tape off where you are drilling, go slow with very little pressure

heres an idea, klumzyee just told me i should just double side tape the whole spoiler, then seal the rear with some black liquid sealant for the clean flush look, i like this idea, any downfall you guys can see?

When I drill plexi glass and lexan at work we drill multiple holes at low RPMS, start off with a small pilot hole and increase the bit size as you go along...DEFINITELY TAPE OFF WHERE YOUR DRILLING...another safety precaution is to lubricate the whole your drilling with anti freeze...GL

thanks for the tips, tape is a must, but useing stepped drill bits from small to larger is a good idea, if i drill, ill use this method.

leave it to Eric(pecker head) to recommend double surface tape. We live in Florida, CF is more black than anything , so that said, the heat will more than likely allow the glue to release....poof there goes the spoiler at 80 mph.

+1 for starting with a tiny bit and working your way up. go slow with steady pressure.

the best way to do this is not to mess up

+1 on not taping it...that doesnt seem like it would hold up in the heat
