Towing Issues!!!

okay so my stupid association (glad i'm moving this weekend) sends a tow truck out to tow my car because they're repaving in the morning and at 7pm my car wasn't moved yet. Personally i think it's cuz the president of the association and i have "had words" but anyways, when they show up to tow the car the driver screws up my driver side rim... and also now my battery is COMPLETELY DEAD!!!

Anyone have the dead battery issue happen after a tow? this happened to me when my clutch went out too! and that time i had to replace the battery. so this battery is only 5-6 months old!

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated guys!

that would be too coincidental tho... i was just driving around in it, never had any kind of problems with it, and like i said it's a name brand expensive battery and it's only 5-6months old.

Any other ideas?

nothing was left on, the aplifier's remote wires both work so it wasn't the amps draining the battery and even if, it wouldn't kill the battery in an hour!

FYI: they started the tow w/o me, meaning they did something to disable the alarm as i didn't hear the tow truck till my car was already half way on the truck.... does that help?

The battery should be able to charge itself.

you have to remember, tow truckers, are not the smartest people in the world. There not the dumbest, but not the smartest, and most have any attitude Problem.

Maybe the alarm went off over and over and that drained the battery?
