no phone number? sorry to hear about this, I hope everything works out for you. I was scammed in a similar situation, paypal reversed the funds b/c the buyer used a "fraudulent card". I asked paypal what type of card was used but they wouldn't even tell me that!

I have his number but its basically disconnected and his parents who use to speak perfect english when i talked to them decide to pull out the spanish when i call now..guess i shouldnt have skipped spanish class back in high school.
Yeah paypal sucks, theres so many ppl out there that have started paypal law suits, i personally probably wont use them anymore after this year..

You should call his parents and have someone speak spanish and tell them that there son is about to go to the cárcel

Two years after my paypal incident I was given a class action lawsuit settlement check for ~$90.......nothing in comparison to the $550 I lost!

Anyone fluent in espanol here?

wow thats fvcked up man. best of luck with getting your $ or wheels back. the cops cant arrest him for fraud or theft if hes in possession of the wheels?
