Well add me to that list aswell. I paid him Dec. 19th $260 and he said he was shipping it the same day and gave me the serial # off the radar. Im ready to go to this kids house after seeing this thread. Let me know where and when.

Here is our convo. through pm's
Me: Hi, i could def. use the radar driving up to NJ next weekend. Can you ship it today for 250? im right here in Orlando
HIM: Ill ship it for 260
6502830896- Serial number
ME: and your the original owner i suppose? because i hear you have to transfer ownership w/ the serial # etc.
ME: Pm me your name and paypal address and ill send you payment now, but really need this latest Wed.
HIM: By the way I am the original owner
ME: Ok, payment sent. Thanks.
HIM: Ok im on the way to ship it now. Thanks nice business

If you used Pay Pal, isn't that concidered "Wire Fraud" and is a Federal crime?

dude just file a claim if you paid through paypal....If you did already then great....... always use paypal when paying for something..... I recently bought something on ebay for over $850.....

To make a long story short the seller never emailed me back and never responded to me. I filed a complaint with paypal and they gave me my money back in 10 days......

There is NO PROTECTION paying through PP. All they can do is recover what's left (if any) in the dirtbag's PP account.

I sent a guy $400 for an MREV2 once (member here) and all I got back was $32.50.

file a claim with paypal. unless he can provide proof of shipping the item, you'll get your money back.
