Just got in contact with Luis Rivera, he called out of the blue. I have his # and he said his friend "DePac?" used his account and its -$5xx and he's going to find out what happend. So we're getting somewhere...

 

Bull ****, you can't send a Pay Pal account in to negative stattus. All you can do is spend what's in there. He's shining you on.


Meanwhile:

I got ****ed. PayPal closed the claim without recovering anything. Just like I SAID they would.

paypal can send you in to the negative, it happened to me when a seller did a charge back. I was forced to pay the negative before my paypal account would be reopened

My paypal account is in the negative for over $400. Yes, they can put your account in negative. Someone ripped me off for an iPhone I sold them and issued a chargeback.

If you pay with a credit card you WILL get your money back if you chargeback through your credit card. Your credit card has nothing to do with paypal.

 

That's why I said before, a lot of people on ebay will not accept payment with a CC through Pay Pal.

 

Luis Rivera sent me an email asking if i received the radar and that his friend used his account. I told him the whole story, he hasn't replied.

it says paypal is reviewing the case now.

 

admins here should be able to check last few IP's used to login to his username, if its the same IP, its the same room, in which case both of them knew what was going on. Different IP, it could be that his friend really did use his account.

Id look into that first.
