Might be coming to Miami next month w/ the gf for a weekend getaway/spring break. Any suggestions on where to stay and what to do?

Shoreclub in miami beach, or westin diplomat in lauderdale. both cost a little money. but i believe the shoreclub has a promotional special until march 31 for stay a night and receive a night for free. i would prefer the westin in lauderdale but the shoreclub is much closer to the action in miami beach; and they have jet ski rentals right on the beach. i'm gonna be staying down there for a weekend in march. also if you stay at the shoreclub make sure you go to nobu located in the hotel. if you need any restaurant suggestions let me know. good luck and have fun!

Don't want to spend more than like 300-400 for lodging for 3 nights.

Okay confirmed dates will be April 24-26th. I think I'm going to book either Hotel Astor, Hotel Shelley, or Angler's Boutique Resort.

For my birthday last year, my GF paid for a couple nights at the South Beach Marriott. Really cool hotel, very South Beach chic, but pricey. It's right on the beach. And the back pool is amazing. It's one of those pools that's filled to the brim and spills over the edges so it looks like it's part of the deck.

But it's like $269 a night for the cheaper rooms. Worth it if you have cash to blow. Oh, and did I mention it's actually ON Ocean Drive?

Just booked Angler's Boutique Resort off Washington Ave.

Cool stores, restaurants, or places to see would be really helpful in my trip planning. Maybe a G meet for me to check out your cars...hahah!
