Well my dad was in town last night, so i went out to dinner with him. I was on my way home on the 408 and this happens









That was really depressing. It looks like the cone fell from the over pass and no one wanted to pick it up. so it was either hit the cone or the car next to me. So looking for a stocker right now or if anyone has a NISMO in the area let me know!

I would contact the city and explain in as much detail as possible what happened. I know they will send out checks for people who get their wheels damaged due to potholes... Maybe they can do something about construction cones being improperly secured? (in any event, it sounds good)

Darn that suks...hope you have good insurance. Had my lower engine cover almost ripped off on some re-paving on 528 along one of the bridges. I tried to file a claim with the state and got the kind of run around only the government can dish. Almost six months later they denied the claim.
