Orlando area locksmith
Can anyone in the orlando area recommend a locksmith or dealership that can cut and program car keys without paying the garbage infiniti price? I finally got another key (uncut) and keyless entry remote and now I need to get the new key cut and programmed. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with locksmiths near the hunters creek/kissimmee area. I refused to pay 150 for a key and another 70 for a keyless remote and then have to pay those bastards at the infiniti dealership to "program" them. i got the key on ebay for 18 and the new remote for 11. already programmed the remote, now to get that damn key taken care of....

Very easy. Check the serial numbers first to make sure they are the same.
To program one remote, get in the car, shut all doors and lock them with the auto door lock button. Stick the key all the way in the ignition and pull it all the way out. Do this 7 to 10 times in a row at a fairly fast pace until the hazard lights blink once. Turn the key in the ignition to the "on" position, but do not start the car. Press the lock button on the key fob. If the programming works, the hazards will blink once again. Then turn the key off. Done.
To program multiple remotes, follow all steps above, but after pressing the lock button on the first key fob, leave the key in the "on" position. Using the loc/unlock button on the door (NOT THE KEY FOB), unlock, then lock the doors. Press the lock button on the next key fob to be programmed. The hazards will blink to acknowledge the programming. Repeat until all key fobs are programmed, then turn the key off.
If the hazards do not blink to confirm the programming, there is something wrong with the key fob, or it isn't the right one.
