Question Need help installing satellite radio

This is on an 07 Sedan with Bose. I bought the factory kit from Grubbs but I can not figure out where to mount the receiver. I found the wiring harness under the rear deck on the drivers side, but the directions I have show mounting it to the back of the rear passenger seat. Is there another wiring harness?

I plugged everything in and it works. I even get a signal with the antenna on the rear deck behind the seats (I ran the wire through the child seat latch).

Anybody install one of these on an 07+ Sedan?

Thanks!

Nope, never done it on an 07+ sedan lol... but I think you can mount it anywhere, it shouldn't matter. It usually comes with brackets to mount under the rear deck. If not, you could probably fabricate something...?

The problem is where the directions show to mount the receiver in the trunk is not in the same location as the wiring harness.

I've searched this site top to bottom and I've found plenty of posts about installing it on coupes but nothing on an +07 Sedan.

Try g37 sites? The 07 sedan is the V36 chassis, right?

Yes, they are the same chassis, but the G37's come standard with satellite radio. So no help there.

Just an update on this. I finally got the satellite radio installed and working. I bought an N-bus wiring harness extender at Brandon Nissan which allowed me enough length to plug everything in. I mounted the satellite tuner in the factory location which is under the rear passenger side trunk deck. The bracket was there and everything! I get pretty good reception with the antenna mounted on the rear deck, however, it does go out when under a lot of trees or in my garage.
