I have an 05 5AT... I am going to test this copy 1st... If it works I can burn all the copies needed... Would not mind a few bones to cover the cost of Dual Layer DVD's though...

Google "AVIC z2 navigation torrent" and you should be able to find it.

I have the files copied, but I think it wont read because of the media (Sony) disk I used.
Headed out to get a different disk... The saga continues.

You and me both... I was trying to update to 7.2 and discovered it will not work in the 05 G35... found the correct version 6.7... Will download it in the next day or so and then try and burn... Will keep ya posted. I am moving this weekend so that will delay me a couple of days, but I should get it working soon.

03-05 max map version is 6.7, use firmware 6.6 if downloading from torrents, the 6.7 one has problems. 6.6 will work with 6.7 maps.

Verbatim DVD+R DL works well I hear and many people use imgburn software (its free)

Make sure your Disc Drive supports burning DL discs!
