They are the ones who burnt my Clutch and told me I needed a new clutch and flywheel setup and they wanted $3,000 for it. I laughed at them and went to performance factory.

+1 to Gilley's solution.

Just start off slow - thats all she wants!

I was actually just there today at 2, getting Jason's opinion of my transmission. The diagnosis is not good and I don't want to talk about it because it makes me sad. But I'm glad you got that worked out Chris, looking forward to hearing how it goes Tuesday.

everything went well. I had sarah as my adviser and jason was my tech. Jason knew exactly what to do because i watched him pretty much do everything on my car...

only one complaint. last time i was there, they asked me if i wanted the headlight recall done. Sarah tried to pull a fast one and she just put it in there... i caught it and told her "no, my headlight cutoff is fine, no need to fix something if it isnt broken"

and i found out that my tires have 10/32 tread left... idk if thats good or bad.

and my brakes are shot.. fronts are ok (6mm) but my rears are bad (3mm)

so looks like im upgrading the brakes..

10/32 is fine. your tires should have a wear bar in between the treads - when you tread is down to the same height then you should start looking into new tires. i replaced my rears around 2/32.

You can change the brake pads yourself and save a lot of money.

10/32 is roughly 1/3 if you think about it. You should be fine for a bit longer. I got new tires when i was at 2/32 as well. Glad everything worked out for you today. Jason is the best.

i am going to do the brakes myself.. im gonna price match and see if its worth getting better pads, the OEM pads are fine for me i think...

I'm happy to hear you had a pleasant experience with us.

My name is Eddie, and I work in the parts department at Orlando Infiniti. If you need a better price on those pads shoot me an instant message.

And as far as the headlight recall, our repair order system is designed to automatically populate parts on a ticket for any outstanding recalls that need to be addressed. When Sara entered your vin on the computer, it noted that the headlight recall was never done and billed out the parts on it's own.
