you should be able to do the 8.5 in negative numbers up front and negative out back ..:-) just do 30mm spacers all around , they are big but make sure you paint them black so they dont stick out to much

Not a big person on calculating Offsets but was looking to do a 10mm in the front and a 25mm in the rear. Im not looking to go crazy

just take a ruler and measure from the side of your tire to the inside of the fender = size of spacer. leave a couple mm for flexing and you'll be good to go.
