What's up guys? Don't post here much 'cause I have a Z but this was a suggestion of w0ady's.

Good chance i'll be moving to Jax from Gainesville in late Jan and will be working in Regency. I don't want to live in the Regency area but looking for any suggestions you guys may have.

Only things I care about
1. No speed bumps
2. Garage

Pretty simple lol

Thanks,
Leor

TK Performance had a flat alignment rack that I could get on. But the closed and moved across the street to another TK store. Now I cant get my car on their lifts anymore.

Unfortunately, most of the apt. complexes have speed bumps to control speeding residents. There are nice apartments, with garages, in the Southside area, on Hodges, between JTB and Beach Blvd. 15 mins from the beach and close to almost everything. This link might help:

Oh yeah, that's a really nice location. My sis-in-law lives in one of the complexes there, too. There you go, and you're right there for the Hooter meets.

Cliff, we do have speed bumps at the back of our complex due to a long straightaway lol (my bad guys). it's villa medici, a condominium but there's plenty of people renting out. but there's probably 20 different places on gate between belfort and 9a. i prefer the west side of southside blvd cuz its a little calmer, easier access to 95, etc. good luck.

Cram, are there places before the speed bumps if it's at the back of the complex?

Being low is a pain in the a$$ when trying to find a place to live lol.

nah, the only speed bumps are in the rear (about the last 30% of the complex). not sure if they'll eventually add more or not.
