Just as Scott the joke of a service manager said, they're privately owned. Nissan Corporate can't do anything to them.
They just take the complaint, and move on.
So that's what he's hiding behind as an excuse for his bad customer service.
All dealerships are privately owned, I used to work at Orlando Infiniti which was also privately owned. It doesn't make a difference. I've been to all the corporate trainings, both service and sales get surveys. If you didn't get a survey for your last visit just put in a phone call. Lyndon is right, Infiniti is big on customer service... as sales and service consultants, our paychecks depended on it.
