i would like to make a florida g club meet next week at hooters 8/4

i also would like to get everyone's OP on next meet when the time comes and i also want to put together a little event like go carting,beach.etc...

Can't make a 7pm meet on a thursday. Would be better for me if it was a weekend.
I get off at 6pm but never know what the workload is like until the start of the day.
