Could be an issue with the radio. Usually when there's a problem with it, it will drain your battery very slowly... like you might be ok overnight, but if it's parked for 24+hrs then it'll die. Kinda depends on the battery.

I've had absolutely no issues with the radio. Or anything electrical, for that matter. Haven't had any issues since then, either. Seems like a freak accident.
I was originally concerned that after recharging the batter with the alternator, that having it discharged would have limited the effectiveness or life of the battery itself. But so far, so good. It has a warranty, anyways.

Well, I take that back. The passenger side door lock doesn't work when it's hot out.
Don't think that would cause anything related the battery drain (which seems like it was an isolated incident). The door lock thing has been happening pretty much all summer.
