Copied and pasted this from another website. I went last month and it was cool for $10. I had fun. It's a 1/8 mile track, pretty much open to whatever you bring...cars, trucks, bikes. Thought it might be cool if a bunch of G's showed up. Has anyone else here been?? Check it out....

Directions To Track
Driving Directions: Tampa:
Take I-275 to the SR-688 (Ulmerton Rd), west to 49th st, south to 126th ave, east to track entrance.

St. Petersburg / Clearwater:
Take US 19 to SR-688 (Ulmerton Rd) East to 49th st. South to 126th Ave. East to track entrance.
Miami / Ft. Lauderdale:
Take I-275 north then merge onto FL-686 W via EXIT 30 toward LARGO/CLEARWATER. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto ULMERTON RD/FL-688 W. Turn left on 49th st. then left on 126th ave. to track entrance

It is always entertaining to watch. I've been before and I might go Saturday, both my boys love the dragstrip!!

 

There's usually atleast a handful of "fast" cars out there actually. No offense, but I'd be surprised if a boosted G is the fastest there. I'd rather hit a 1/4 mile track as well...but this is alot closer. Any of you guys that plan on going let me know...maybe we can meet up!

We need to get a Winghouse meet after they open the new one off 60.

My slow a$$ car would only get to about 40 on a 1/8 mile track.
