How much does a driver side window motor cost for a 04 coupe? Mipounes finally crapped out.

 

did you try cleaning it out? I cleaned mine out 3 years ago and they still function fine now.

 

how would go you about cleaning out the window motor? ..degreaser?

 

takes about an hour to clean.. there is a do it yourself on this forum. or you can buy a new one for 180 from oc infiniti.. well. that's what it costs at riverside infiniti and everyone that used to work there now works at oc infiniti.. Call Rick there..

 

I just used a q-tip and some rubbing alcohol. not sure if the rubbing alcohol was safe, but still works so, i'll go with a yes .

I was later told its not a good idea to remove the metal holder from the bottom bolts....





Used rubbing alcohol & tooth brush to clean plus q-tips to clean the inside of the motor out.






I started this task at 1am finished at 4am and was at work on-time at 9am.....
