Tires

So i looked at my rear tires this morning and noticed its about that time..... A year and 2 months these Hankook ventus V12's have served me good. Now i just need rears but if Im going to buy tires Im gonna get a set of 4 and get new wheels to. So my question is anyone know of a place with good prices or has a hook up? I can get a set of V12s in the size i want em for about 700 online but i didnt know if i can get better tires/ prices anywhere else. Also i planned on keeping my OEM 19s as backups so i wanted to keep the TPMS in there, what did you guys do about your TPMS with aftermarket wheels? I want to try and get another set of sensors if theyre priced ok that way i dont have the "idiot light" on all the time. Also Im posting this while Im at work so if Im a bit slow on the response i apologize in advance.

if i were you, for tires, i would look into Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta, Vulcan tires currently has really good prices on them and a far better tire than the V12s are. Not sure what sizes you are running but it should be very close to the $700 you are quoted.

i dont have any in my aftermarket wheels ... i have stretch tires anyways and i check my tire once a week sometimes twice a week ... if i go under my normal PSI i could run into bad problems lol

but you DONT have to run them if you dont want to...

also about the light comment. LOL my **** stays on all the time and at first it was annoying but know i dont even pay attention to it.

a place to buy tires local is b2autodesigns, and advanced performance if you call them ask for Gabe but,i normally buy everything from b2auto .. Adrian and charles will help you out and hook you up

but your in ORLANDO .. so maybe someone there can help you more then me.....

you can also find killers deals from discount tires and tire direct online

hope all this helps you buddy

Really you will probably get a better price from Tire Rack or Discount Tires online (or something like that) and have them shipped to AP or wherever you want to have them installed. Or take a quick look on Craigs list you may get lucky and find what you are looking for.

Wow thanks for the quick replies! I called B2 on my lunch break and he said hes gonna have to call me back on pricing so im waiting on that. Discount tires has avg pricing, and as for the TPMS light it would be annoying now if i did that because my lights that are always on is "VDC Off" and "service engine soon" (test pipes going to get a tune soon) the addition to the tpms light would just be annoying. Whats Dubi's screen name on here? Or is that it? Any other places i should look into?

Talk to Dubi (David). I've got all my tires from him for the past 3 years.

My TPMS batteries are low or dead. But you have to replace the whole thing (can't just replace the battery). For me, it's not really worth it. So my TPMS light is just on all the time now.
