Yea its a nightmare, I did mine back when no one had really done it. So i had to make a tool, that I kept breaking. I haven't done it since because I refuse to around the shop lol, but it takes the other guys ~4hours on a lift, having done it several times.

I have solids in my car, and just be prepared for A LOT of gear noise. With a quietish exhaust, that high pitched whine is all you can hear if you load it up at high speeds. We sell/install a ton of the ES bushings because people can't stand the noise but Whiteline is about to have a new option available that is a good balance of quiet/stiff.

I dont know if id hear the whine over my exhaust right now im on megan resonated TPs and an Xo2 cat-back and im about to drop headers in, unless the whine is extremely loud i think i should be good.I was debating doing solid tranny and motor mounts too but i havent made my mind up yet. I ride motorcycles so the added vibration in the wheel shouldnt bother me but i dont know if the pros are worth the money.

You'll be fine then, I had a similar setup when i was NA and it was loud enough that when I hit it at high speeds passengers were like "WTF is that whine?" but not unbareable (to me atleast). If you really want to go through the hassle of motor mounts then sure, we have some prototype adjustable poly mounts that are currently on my car and making their way into production, either will be fine but I would never suggest a solid tranny mount, its insane the amount of vibration and noise it causes.

I see... So with the motor being on a solid mount and diff on a solid mount it doesnt put any excessive stress on the tranny mount?

I've yet to see issues running that combo, and my car has solid diff, the prototype poly motor mounts (which are very stiff) with a stock tranny mount without any problems.

Does anyone here change there own oil? I have a 12 pack case of synthic motor oil that was given to me by a friend at Tire Kingdom. I don't want to pay someone else to do it since i have all these bottles on hand.

Any gains noticed with the setup?

Gains? Not sure what exactly you expect to "gain" I had to run them to raise my engine for my modified turbo setup. Engine doesn't move as much on the dyno, as far as on the street I highly doubt you would ever notice a difference vs stock other than vibrations. The diff bushings, the driveline feels tighter, less slop during that initial engagement/launch and less wheel hop.
