I found out that someone beat me to putting an offer on the property since my realtor fired himself the other day and left me high and dry. finally got my offer submitted with my preapproval letter, then the lady who preapproved me told me that her assistant made a mistake and I wasn't preapproved for that amount. however, this is after a big to-do on the phone where I sought the help of a different rep at the same bank since the first rep hadn't responded to me for 3 days. so I'm not sure if she was just lying because she was pissed at me for tattling on her? but today has not been my day.

Also, tonight is a full moon. So I'm sure that's why everyone is acting retarded today. I shall help myself to a beer or five tonight.
