Thanks Mike Yes I'm going with fixed, 4% apr with somewhere between 5-10% down I'm thinking. My dad and I are going to have fun ripping down some walls

Thanks Chad. I had dinner with Ian and Ricky tonight and I showed them the listing.... they like the property and they say it would be an excellent spot for an FGCBBQ

Good morning. Not really for me though. Totally effed my back at the gym last night. Just getting started on my second set of squats, not real heavy (225) and on my second one there was a pop in my lower back then pain shot through my whole body. I had my head phones on but yelled. Didnt realize how loud but a few people looked at me. Almost fell down but racked the weight and went home. I can barely move without pain now. Pretty sure I ruptured or slipped a disk or something like that. Never experienced this before.

Haha awesome! The house definitely needs walls knocked down and rearranged too... Demolition Meet? Any and all help will be much appreciated seeing as how it will likely be my dad and me doing most of the work... Do you really have a backhoe? Because my dad was going to rent one to clear out some paddocks for my horse. (he has a backhoe in Colorado but won't help me in FL haha)

I got 3.75% for 30 year fixed rate. All we had to put down was $3,000.

Sounds like FHA, no? Because that's what I was quoted on an FHA loan. But I prefer to go conventional.

Just curious why you prefer conventional to FHA.
