same was in my case. Lien holder said upfront that they are not paying for any repairs, but they will negotiate the price to offset the cost of repairs that needed to be done. And it's like that in 99.9999% of the short sale cases. The only thing I require seller/lien holder to pay is the inspection of the septic system as the county that property located in requires it to be done before property can be transferred into another persons name. My dads is freedom home inspections... He lives in Colorado though lol. Licensed nationally.
Ohh well then I don't think I can afford his plane ticket and since I am not his son I doubt he would just come down to visit me. Brother Gadget it is?

That's more than I can ask for. And if you need it I'll def help paint because I am going to need some entertainment when I have to paint my house anyway (alot of bad paint choices on the market) but you have to paint in heels
