****IN CARB!
Someone needs to call in an airstrike on the CARB and EPA HQ. useless trolls.
I want Pacific Coast Seal blood as a fuel additive, just for evil irony
I've done a lot of v12s and FK 452s over the past several years. I think the v12s are much better than the falkens, but they don't last very long.
I just got a fresh set of tires and I got Continental Extreme Contact DW. These are the summer tires, NOT the all season DWS.
Anyways, after running on the likes of FK452s, Hankook V12s, Yokohama S Drives, etc. these new tires are in a different league. The weather here in Orlando has been very rainy for the past few weeks, like every day, and the wet traction is amazing.
Only problem is they're a little pricey. But I got a great deal on em anyways. In my rear size (285/35/19), Tirerack has the Hankooks at $235 a piece, and the Conti's are $278. Even the Conti A/S are $250 a piece. And treadwear is pretty good for a summer tire @ 340UTQG. The v12s are only 280.
Good luck!

So here's an update on my car:
Finished swapping the wheels at 12:30am. It took 2 people, 2 floor jacks, the 2 factory scissor jacks, and 2 jack stands to complete the swap. Because my g35 is so low, the rear had to be up on jack stands and then had to jack up one front side at a time, while the other car was also up on the jack... We got it done. Then I drove to work this morning and the steering wheel wobbles so bad. I'm pretty sure we forgot the hub centric rings and they're still on the g37. I'm going to see if Vossen can overnight me some rings to Z1 so I can get them installed before heading home.
In other news, the g37 looks pretty retarded with those racing harts..... they poke out past the fender lulz... and the g35 is now hella sunk.

it's not bouncy but the front feels like i'm driving a boat now...it feels like it wants to oversteer whenever i make the a kind of turns...its not bouncy..the Dspec shocks i have are adjustable for stiffness of ride...how long do shocks typically last? i'm gonna head to Infiniti to talk to them today to see but I'm gonna ask to see if they charge just to take a look
Let us know what you find out. I'm curious.
What is the symptoms? Reason i ask is just two days ago after getting a clamp put on my exhaust I was driving away from the shop. All the sudden I hear this metal clunking sound going over any little bump and on top of it i started to bottom out and rub ( which never has happened no matter how big the.bump was for the past 2 years). So immediately i think its my spl A arms hitting somehow, I have lutz look at it and everything is fine. We test the stiffness of the shocks and they.are bouncy, so its either my shocks.are blown or i need new ball joints. Im leaning towards new shocks
i'm not suggesting that's what your issue is, just a very strange situation. What kind of shocks/coilovers do you have?
