Yes, it is illegal to refuse a bathroom break (provided the employee isn't abusing it by going every hour to smoke or have a coffee, talk on the phone, etc).

I had a permit in NC which is the same thing as a license except no passenger. Doesn't transfer in Florida. So I went to OOSI. Actually learned something so I'm not bunmed
