Hope everyone had a good weekend. Sorry I wasn't able to make it to the photoshoot but I seen the pictures that Jordan had put on Facebook and they look great. I would've came but a friend already bought the ticket and I felt bad letting it go to waste after he spent money on them. Plus they came to my house Sunday morning and jumped through my bedroom window and woke me up (not the most pleasant way to wake up).

Hey guys, the other club I'm in is throwing a benefit car show for one of our members and a personal friend with kidney failure to try and help him pay for anti-rejection meds and other care not covered by insurance.

It would really mean a lot to me if anyone could support this show, we're going to try our best to make it a good one.

And even if you can't make it out, it would be awesome if you could spread the word.

6 hour drive.... I would love to but I work Saturdays good luck Ash and I hope you guys can raise a lot of money!

 

So went to help a friend change their oil, Drain plug was torqued to 1000 ft/lbs and it started to strip, and too late to buy a new plug, so told them to go back to the place they got it change last to get a new drain plug and get it tightened correctly.

Why do shops use an impact on a drain plug? Cant spend 30 extra sec doing it by hand..?

Not to be a total creep butttt...have a couple buddies with poly lowers and they work fine, the holes for roll pins and such aren't as solid as a metal lower but overall they;re pretty solid

 

That's like a day after I graduate so I don't see why I can't make it. Just keep me reminded.

cool haha, yeah 100 bucks for a complete lower is a steal. Are you building just the lower and putting a completed upper on top or are you building everything? I'm in the process of building an upper and its pretty easy.

 

No such thing as a Saturday off in the car business. Only reason I have this weekend off for Z Nationals is because I told them in my interview back in May that I already had the weekend reserved.
