FL forum members, you'll owe me for this

I found the motherload- a quality indy shop that is less expensive than anything I've ever seeeeen. Below is what I had the shop do and what they charged me. Note that I purchased the parts myself separately. These are out-the-door prices:
G35:
  • Control arm replacement (both) $80.
335i:
  • Downpipe replacement $75. About $350 at most other indy shops.
  • Transmission pan replacement including fluid (Castrol full synthetic multi import) $89.95.
  • Valve cover gasket replacement $150. About $600 in labor at most indy shops, over $1,000 at the dealer.

He only charges $50/hour labor and is super conservative on the number of hours (in the customer's favor). He barely marks up parts at all. Everything but the transmission gasket kit would have been cheaper had I had him order the parts.

The guy gets the work done fast, ASE certified, English is his primary (and probably only) language, been in the community a number of years, has wife & kids, is an all-around good guy, and on and on...The shop is just him and his wife.

Below is his contact info. I found that email worked best. I'm not affiliated with the shop in any way other than being a really satisfied customer who wants him to stay in business!

So you're from Dallas Texas and had repair work done in Cape Coral Florida but you are in no way affiliated with him. Makes sense

And you're from Jersey so why the hell are you even in this thread? JK

I haven't updated my profile in some time. I will update it now so it's not so confusing.

He's mentioned to me previously that he worked in a transmission shop among other places, so I'd think so but don't know for sure. Just shoot him an email and he gets back pretty quickly usually.

Sent him an e-mail a few days ago. Just waiting on the reply. Hope it works out!

He usually responds in minutes/hours not days so I sent him a note. He said his response got stuck as a draft for some reason and will get back with you in just a few. Let me know if he does work out for you!!

I'm looking to trade my07 g35 sedan s-tech springs for some htechs if any of you wanna go a little lower. Its too much of a drop for me and I'm just testing the waters. Thanks in advance, Mike.

I'd consider trading for other well known brands as well.
