Double Din Nav finally installed

You can probably fit a cd changer in the top glove box. CD changers (even indash ones) are a pain. You can get the better eclipse unit with the built in harddrive.

ahh, that won't work for me.....I have my boost controller and turbo timer in there. I am also going to put the EDFC for my tein flex in there as well.

you are correct on the Cd changer. I have the Kenwood 6 disc and it fits in there perfectly.

I was oringally looking at that one, but I like how the avn is not a flip up. I will look a the alpine again. Can you get the steering wheels controls to work with this one? Thanks!

Deff.. the new models are even easier. i got my controls working with the SWI-X.

great looking unit. it looks like there is a slight gap on the bottom, is that noticable in real life?

Thanks. It's noticeable for me because I know about it, but it's not as noticeable as in the pic because my camera flash shows it a lot more. In real life, that area is dark so you can't really see it unless you really look. I want to figure out a way to fill it.

If you can find one, the Kenwood double din dash kit has a plastic filler that takes care of that spacing.

they used the Kenwood trim ring on my install it worked out fine
