Cant we just DELETE this whole stupid, uncalled for post and call it a day. Again wasted breathe, energy and time by a lot of people here. The best way to resolve sensationalism sometimes is to simply ignore it. Eventually those feeble little minds that dont get the attention or a rise out of you find somewhere else to troll.

Hey guys I'm just writing to clear up this issue. It was just a misunderstanding. I remember this customer calling to set up an appointment for an overlay install and I do recall giving him an appointment for Saturday. He called me Saturday and asked where was my store located but I had no idea it was the same guy and I didnt remember the appointment which is my fault. Now if he told me that he was the customer for the overlays and he was on his way I would have mentioned to him that I would have to cancel the appointment because I just remembered that we had entered a few vehicles to be displayed at the Funk Flex show and we had to get there by a certain time. This would have been all cleared up with a little communication and if there was a problem with me he should have contacted me personally. Sometimes things do happen thats unavoidable. It was just a scheduling issue and I do make mistakes and in this business you wont be able to please everyone all of the time. Sorry for the mixup, besides I'm from Brooklyn so I can take a bashing or two .

There you go. Maybe it was just my assumption, but I was think Dexter was just going to concert to have a good time, not because he had a prior business obligation. That clears a lot up. As far as the appointment thing, Dexter didn't remember, but it sounds like the OP didn't state "I'm the guy with the appointment."

Mistakes happen.

Post validated. BlazinZ, sorry for the way things were handled. Hopefully Dexter will offer something to you for your troubles.

I also hope you understand why things were handled by me the way they were. I'm always free to chat via AIM and PM if you ever want to talk.

i understand your concern for your sponsor. i have never bashed anyone on this forum for anything, i was only stating an experience that happened too me. if Dexter would like to get in contact with me and offer me somthing in return that would be great, if not o well. please dont jump the gun and make assumptions until both sides are heard, that was all that i wanted and i'm glad he owned up to the the fact he made a mistake.

Colin,

Thanks for deleting Azn's posts above and sending him a PM warning him of his 'treading on thin ice'. I'll be waiting for his public apology and if I don't get it within a week or so I'll make sure to let you know so you can follow through with your stern but fair decision.

Blazin',

Again, I hope you understand that I have a responsibility first and foremost to our club members, then closely followed behind that I have a responsibility to our sponsors. I just did what I thought was fair and right (and honestly I would handle the situation the EXACT SAME WAY again). BTW, I sent Dexter a PM hoping that he might offer you something for your troubles.

How about apologizing to the African American members of the club, the African American Sponsors and general viewers of this thread that you personally offended?

[1. You're not a FGC Member and you have no business trash talking our sponsors in our forum. I don't care what your experience is/was.]

i just didnt like it when you said that. it made me feel like any non memeber cant express their opinion about a company that sponsored FGC they dealed with in this section of the g35driver forum. i didnt mean to offended anyone untill one of your member have to be smart talking about my english, spelling and grammar which was uncalled for. so i dont feel that i need to apologize to anything.

well maybe you shouldnt go attacking people yourself first, if you dont want to get attacked. i wasnt attackin you just tellin you that if your goin to do it you might want your stuff to make sense.

and when you attack the president i think that any club member is goin to stand up for him first and foremost.

and yes you should be apologizing

So you decided to attack me personally because you can't spell and it was brought to your attention? Witty reply if I do say so myself...

Also, when a club sponsor WHO HAPPENS TO BE AFRICAN AMERICAN gets put down (whether rightfully so or not) then some #$%^& comes on here talking about N- this and f-er that... AFTER said #$%^& puts down some of our CLUB MEMBERS...

Get a clue and go find some other forum to TROLL. It's clear that no one here cares to hear from you. You attack our club members, our sponsors and me. Thanks for your ever-so-useful contributions to this forum. Have a nice life.... else where.

BTW, I just tried to spell check your message and Microsoft Word just crashed.
