Bryan,
The install is the install. Lokey Infiniti in Clear Water, CP Racing in North Carolina or any other good shop can do a good install. That has nothing to do with the power you'll get from the kit.
Coastal Dyno is the tuner that will make your car make power. They will tune your car and tune it safely. If you want 400rwhp you will need several mods with the Vortech and that won't be cheap.
1. Upgraded the S/C pulley to the 3.12 or 2.87 (~$100)
2. headers, especially if you stick with the 3.12 pulley like I have ($500-$1200)
3. h/f cats or resonated test pipes ($200-$500)
4. plenum or the largest plenum spacer you can buy ($250-$350)
5. full exhaust ($600-$1200)
I got 388rwhp and 331rwtq with Crawford Headers, Crawford Plenum, Crawford h/f cats and JIC Y-Pipe. I really wished I would have been able to try out a set of resonated test pipes to see if I could handle the sound. I also wished I would have gotten a Fujitsubo exhaust or a Borla BEFORE I did my tuning.
I really wanted to hit 400rwhp myself, but I also asked for a "SUPER CONSERVATIVE" tune. Those 2 things are totally contradictory...
BTW, a good tuner will tune your car by looking ONLY at the air/fuel curve. Once the curve is PERFECT, they will make the computer spit out your hp/tq numbers and you'll get what you get.
Also, Coastal dyno uses a load based Mustang Dyno. The numbers on the mustang dyno typically read lower than a dynojet which most people, myself included, put in their sigs. Don't be discouraged by this fact. You will definitely want to tune your car on a load based dyno like the one Coastal has.

Thank you for all the helpful information. I am probably going to contact John at Lokey a little later this week to get a quote for everything.
