So I just got a call from Orlando Infiniti...
They called to tell me that their records indicate I am in need of a 7,500 mile service. I said, why would I do that when it only has 4,000 mile on it? I also added, you just changed the oil for me 2 weeks ago. I think you need to keep better records. WOW... scary!!!

They are trying to be like that BMW commercial where the car calls the dealership when you need service, except they missed.

It took a while to remove that scratch... morons!
I don't know why you guys bash OI so much. They aren't a high performance friendly dealership but they do offer good service. If Lokey would have called then the thread would probably be about how much they care about their customers. Their system is the same as the Ford families system and the service calls are triggered based on date of sale and not last service. Have fun driving 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Flame suit on!
I have been a customer of them since 2000 and my parents since 95 and I can say that their core of employees has not changed much in that time. That business has a high turnover except for the new car manager, used car manager and finance manager. Remember that I did do F&I at a car dealership. After a few months I stopped trying to learn service writer's and salesmen's names.

Just wish there was some closer competition that we could take our G's to. Since purchasing this G35 (almost 1 month now), I have had some terrible experiences with Orlando Infiniti's service capabilities and almost willing to drive to Lokey just to ensure proper and accurate service.

). The cool thing is that peole can go to Lokey and not pay through the nose for the same or better treatment on the sales end. +1 for Lokey. Also, after day 1, all of us are stuck going back to service over and over. You yourself even said the turnover is high in service, which is part of the reason for our big gripe. Fortunately Lokey doesn't have this problem. +1 for Lokey.
You keeping score?
I actually was very happy with the purchase of my car at OI. They even came down quite a bit on the price to help make the deal. I'm also way too busy to drive 2 hours for an oil change. So for that reason, I take it to OI. But don't think I don't sit in that waiting room worrying about my car. As I am driving there I repeat to myself; please don't wash my car, please don't wash my car.
