Cool Rock Chips - Is Invisible Bra the best way to go

Hey I was down at Orlando Infiniti today and walked around the showroom waiting for my car, and saw the invisible bra on a car .. I've got a fwe rock chips so I was wondering what other drivers though of them? Worth the price? the look on the car after a few months?

Curious ...

I do not have a clear bra...but wish that I had done it. My bumper is absolutley covered in rock chips. If you want the best look, you must repaint the bumper and let that sit for a week or so? Then you can install a clear bra. There's actually a man named Alan who is a mobile installer and a sponsor of the FGC. I've heard/seen he does great work.

Like the ads say......."JUST DO IT!"

You won't be disappointed. 2 G's and both have been bra'd. Best $$ you can put into the front of the car. Except for the Blinder M20 Laser Jammers that reside in the front of mine.......

Just my 2 cents.

i would get one that is computer cut if i were to do it again. the one i have now was cut on the car and the installer cut the paint on my mirrors and a couple spots in the bumper. i have noticed that i have some chips in spots that are not covered by the bra and i have noticed that i have some pretty good tears in the bra front were it took on some bigger rocks. i would say that is has probably helped out more than what damage i have though. and i would def do it again.

I had the bra on my DP 04 coupe and really was glad I had it done!! Got rid of that car though and switched to an Blk 05 coupe!! Anyone have a blk coupe with an invisible bra on it? Still wondering how noticable it will be on a blk coupe cause you could barely see it on the DP one. Having it done next week!

I'd contact the club sponsor Alan Seligman, owner/operator of ISI. He is the best installer, bar none, in the state of Florida.

He's done about a dozen c-bra's for FGC Members and every one looks better than the prior. He's probably applied over 1000 full kits and his most recent high dollar car was a Porsche Carrera GT.

As always, club members get a 10% discount...

Wow ok great news! I will get in touch with Allen my guys over at Autoselects.com are willing to do it, but they have only put them on 350z an a few other tricky rides. I heard that the new computer cut ones just came out for the '05 because the hood changed. I'll let you know what I get quoted from each. Jason from Autoselects is putting on my headlight films tonight so I will find out what he is charging for 3m film computer cut invisible bra.

The factory water based Nissan paint is rather weak. I definately recommend the invisible clear bra for our cars especially if you do extended traveling on the highway. I actually drove to Allan's place to have mine installed since I don't have the luxury of a garage. He was very hospitable and we joked and talked the whole time of the install. Definately give Allan a call if you are considering purchasing one.

Give Alan a call. He'll do it for sure. He might even have the material laying around to custom cut one.

Other than that, I can't help you.

Insanely long sig left out intentionally...
