Polished or Powder Coat Plenum

When I get my APS Plenum should I polish or powder coat it? Also, where can I get this done? I live near Tampa.

does great work for a relatively inexpensive price. He lives out in Georgia, but shipping is under $25 and I doubt you'll be able to beat his prices anywhere locally.

tell him Vinh sent you.

Dan,

I want this guys number (the polisher). I attempted to polish a new cast Crawford Plenum myself and I gave up.

Do you know if this guy applies a clear coat finish to the polished aluminum? I don't want to deal with oxidation 3 months down the road...

Unless you want to constantly clean the plenum, powdercoat it. Or you could polish it and powdercoat it in clear. I have never seen clear powdercoat, but I have heard it is available.

I have Glenn's number as well, but I'm at work and can't get it. I have seen his wheel repair and polishing and it's great.

I'd definitely appreciate that number. I was hoping to have my plenum polished for the next meet. Looking next to impossible right about now.
