Folks that go the extra mile.

Well I had my windows tinted today; I was trying to hold out for dex but my schedule is really tight these days and I wanted this done before the FGC event this weekend.

The best thanks you can give a business that treats you right and goes the extra mile is to tell people you know about them. Well I really do not know you all very well yet so I do not know how far my word will go but I assure as a person that acts in a customer service centric fashion I look for the same qualities in folks I do business with.

I have been up to Mirror Image's store on a few occasions attempting to get my windows done but they were either out of tint or were slammed with business. Well I dropped it off today after they confirmed they received their tint shipment and they were kind enought to give me a ride home which was very helpful.

Shortly after I arrived at my house I received a call from them seems the supplier sent them 50% film and I wanted the darker stuff. I had planned to tae a taxi back up to the store to get my car but they offered to bring mine to my house and had anothe car follow a nice luxury car at that.

I met them outside and we chatted for a little while and they were telling me about a nice G they recently hooked up with X0% black and some foose wheels. Well I had intended to get a fill with a slight mirror finish but after hearing about how nice the car loked in black i asked if they had the film in and they did so my car went backup for the tint work.

Well they were going to take my car back up and again they offered to deliver it back to my house after the work was done but they decided to leave behind their very nice luxury car, I am leaving the make and model out so I do not ID anyone in particular, so I could drive myself back up there. This guys 50k dollar car was just given to me with no questions... who the heck does that these days.

I swear to you I do not know these guys from Adam and they went well beyond the extra mile just to put tint on my car for me. Yeah they had my car as collateral but other than going back to the Infiniti Dealer I have never had a shop lend me their car not even a Pinto. I did get a ride in a beat up pickup truck once and I know the guy that owns the shop.

Well they did a great job on the tint work as well and I can't be any happier with the experience.

If you live in the area and are looking for paint, wheels, tint and much more I am certian you won't be dissaponted if you givethem the opportunity. Check them out on the web @ http://www.brandonmirrorimage.com. If they treated a stranger like me like this I woudl expect that everyone will be greeted with the same excellent customer service.

sorry to blabber on about this.

^ Your right g8tor20. Customer service is really hard to find these days, reminds me of those "DHL" tv commericals.

20% there you made me say it. I think it is not legal but it isn't limo tint. I think it pass plenty of light though. Hell 5%; I could not imagine what the looks lke rather does not look... WOW.

Hey you should drive blind folded. I seen a bumper sticer today that said something about the driver uses brail to drive the weird thing is that the passenger was blind so maybe the driver was too.
