Great Service from Orlando Infiniti

I'm not a FGC member, but I live in the Orlando area. I've seen and heard mixed feelings about the service at Orlando Infiniti so I wanted to give my opinion.

Last week I took my '04 5MT sedan in for an oil change and mentioned that the transmission was grinding in 5th gear (again). I had already had my tranny replaced once and I only have about 15,500 miles. Well, I dropped it off Wednesday morning and picked it up Friday evening. When I was going over the invoice I noticed the brake pads were replaced for free and the rotors resurfaced. They also threw in a free air filter to boot. When I was about to leave I noticed the gear shifter was loose so I told my service advisor about it. The tech who worked on my car was in the area and came over and tightened it for me. He introduced himself and explained everything he did including the brakes. Everyone I dealt with during that trip to service was overly kind. I have never had a bad experience with anyone there since I have owned by G. I hope that everyone who takes their car into OI for service has the same experience I did.

Thanks for sharing with the rest of us. It looks as though OI is making a great effort in improving their customer service. My last visit too was very good. I have another appt on Jan. 2nd. I am feeling more confident that the service will go smoothly.

Yeah, I was just thinking that I typed the wrong thing and was about to post a correction but you beat me to it. I was thinking about the 5th gear grinding when I typed that. So, um, yeah, let's make that 6MT.
