Congrats Jason. As you know, I am also changing my career. I'm glad you're doing something you enjoy and are passionate towards. Good luck, I'm sure you'll do great. Hey Dan I have some commercial property in Palm Bay. Zoned, drainage, street access everything. Oh that's right you have to stay in Orlando, lol.

Good call Jason. The wife's old college friend married a lawyer that went into your new line of business. They're so rediculously rich it makes me sick to think about it.

There is money to be made in Ocala and I can't leave just yet. But it was impossible to fully dive into the property venture while being an attorney and having a long distance thing. So....I quit my job a few weeks ago and today is it. After today, I will be spending half my time in Ocala and the other half down south. I think I will be so much happier and fullfilled choosing this path. And if the economy ever turns south or whatnot, I'll always have my Juris Doctorate to fall back on. I would regret it if I didn't try. So...off I go. Wish me luck....

Spend some time finding yourself a good civil engineer. With all of the comprehensive planning, concurrency test and land development regulations, they are truly worth their weight in gold. A good civil can more than pay for themselves many times over.
