I have been around construction and developing my whole life and I am really excited about this. Good call Jason. The wife's old college friend married a lawyer that went into your new line of business. They're so rediculously rich it makes me sick to think about it.

Spend some time finding yourself a good civil engineer. With all of the comprehensive planning, concurrency test and land development regulations, they are truly worth their weight in gold. A good civil can more than pay for themselves many times over.
