Who wants a hotel room for the Lokey meet there is a couple of us are getting rooms Downtown Tampa. We are only going to reserve rooms if you put your name down. If you put your name down be sure you are going; Cancelation fees suck.
We can book it for Fri. and or Sat. which ever you want.

I'm staying Friday and saturday nights. We're going to make a weekend out of it.
According to Dan's wife, Kate, who works at a well known national automobile association, the Holiday Inn Express where I originally booked rooms isn't a good property and may be in trouble. So she found another property that is a little further from Lokey but closer to downtown Tampa. The drive to Lokey will be about 10 minutes now instead of 1 minute. I'd rather drive a little farther and stay in a decent place.
The hotel is the Quorum Tampa, a luxury hotel, for about $10 more than the Holiday Inn. http://www.quorumtampa.com/amenities.cfm located at 700 N. Westshore Blvd., Tampa FL, 33609. As soon as we get these rooms booked, I'm going to cancel the reservations at the Holiday Inn.

Guys- That hotel was recently knocked down and rebuilt. The place is about 6 months old, and unless you know something I don't the place should be nice, safe, etc.
You might want to check into this a little more, because that hotel sure is nice and close to us- very convenient!

Its up to you all where we stay no a big deal. My hmmm... hmmmm... travel agent made the sugestion.
She stayed at the Quorum after a brief stay at a HIE. She had some problems with HIE which I will not mention but if this HIE is only 6 months old then im sure it will be fine.
