New Bumper...Little Help?

In light of this weekend's misfortune, I may be shopping a new rear bumper. I figure if I'm going to take a hit repainting the OEM, I might consider swapping the oem with an aftermarket. However, I'm not inclined to put money into side skirts or a new front bumper.

Is there a rear I should consider if I am not modifying the front and sides...or would a change to the rear upset the symmetry. I've searched a number of styles, but am not sure if a new rear, without modifying front & sides would look goofy. I suppose I could pony up for a front lip, if necessary, but have some other things on my wish list.

Any thoughts?

IMO, stay stock...

The stock rear bumper is the best looking rear bumper ESPECIALLY if your keeping your stock front and sides...

Stay stock. I'm not a big fan of aftermarket rear bumpers.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

Your car looks great Gman. I love liq plat, but the nice black g's with black wheels are sharp.

Anyway, I don't want to spend for a whole kit...just contemplating swapping out the rear bumper due to ruined paint job.

I think I'll keep it stock for now. Still need wheels/tires/exhaust/suspension, etc. Performance must trump aestetics for the time being.

If you're going to not put a front bumper or side skirts I wouldn't change the rear. The only bumper I would change with out do anything else would be the front. It would look akward with a rear bumper that hangs lower than everthing else. For stock the only thing I would add would be the OEM Aero package....front, sides, and back.
