Orlando Infiniti Service
Orlando Infiniti Service
Hey guys,
took my car today for warranty. Both my headlight were cracked on the inside. I got two brand new headlamps. I have to admit that the service was good, they even gave me a loaner. The only thing was that they scratch the car but the admitted and are going to repair it for free. Total cost for the lamps were a bit over $1k. Thank goodness for warranty.

Yeah, they had my car recently to fix a laundry list of warranty work. I can tell their trying to improve their service center, but they still have a ways to go IMO. They had my car for over a week and I still had to return it to them twice to redo what they did.
They also put an 8 inch scratch in my trunk deck lid but I didn't mention it to them because they seem to break something else everytime they have my car.
It's nice to have a warranty but it sucks when you have to take it to a place like that to get the work done.

I had Orlando Infiniti replace my shortblock for oil consumption on my 2005 6mt under warrenty. I bought my car from Infiniti of Jacksonville and I wanted them to work on it but they said that my car was "within the factory's range" even though they didn't have any accurate way of measuring how much oil was burn. So I wanted a second opinion and headed to Orlando.
It took them a little longer than what they said but as long as they do a good job I wouldn't mind driving the brand new loaner car they gave me. 500 miles later, my car seems normal and my car does not have any scratches or dents from their service.

It seems I have been over there a lot lately for minor warranty stuff and oil changes. I also had both headlights on the coupe replaced under warranty and when I pointed out that one of the new ones was scratched, they ordered an new one without a hassle. They have done me right and it seems that they are really trying to improve customer service.
OI is expanding their service area right now so appointments are a couple of weeks away from when you call, but when my airbag light came on, they checked it out same day to order parts.

I brought my car in for warranty work.....and they laughed at me. Oh wait the tranny and driveshaft are the only stock parts on the car.
For real, they get hated here alot but I think that a few people here influenced the general opinion of OI on this board. The fact that they met with the club shows they are trying. Accidents such as scratches happen everywhere. The good dealerships fix them with a big sincere apology. The bad ones make you prove it wasn't already there. I think OI is trying and it is starting to show.

Heck, I've only given them 5 stars and I only had one good experience out of more than 5 separate visits. Imagine if I'd been honest with my survey and told them I had to come in 3 times for the same problem (a broken clip)...

We all know OI sucks, most everyone in CFL has had a bad experience there. Quit trying to bash me for calling it like I see it.
I'll never buy another vehicle again from OI, EVER! Glad you like $hitty service so much DJ...
LOKEY RULES!!!
I guess you forgot that they are addressing those problems and even had a meeting with a few people from here. If you feel the need to continually bash, then feel free. This is what I am talking about. A messed up clip on a glovebox is not exactly a reason to hate a dealership. They replaced my messed up tranny but I was enraged when they didn't replace my burnt out interior light.

There service is subpar at best. Everytime I bring my car in they end up causing more problems. It has been in three times to fix an air leak from my window, it is still not fixed. They managed to scratch my center console the last time it was in and they fixed it. I will say that was good on their part, but it's the little things they don't do that **** me off. They forgot to put a screw cap back on as well as not properly alligning the rubber window trim on the drivers side door. In addition my spoiler is lifting off the trunk of my car and they refused to fix it. Basically said that they didn't sell me the car so there wasn't much they can do. I am now forced to drive down to naples so that the dealer who sold me the car can fix it. I expect more from OI and I expect more from Infiniti, this is supposed to be a luxury car and so far I have not been impressed. Sorry for the rant but I am a little heated.

well i would say again, i have bought my Z there and had warranty work done on the G sedan and they were nothing but the best to me. the girl at the front desk was hot, the service guys ordered me a new 6 disc changer and had it installed in 45 minutes while i waited.
im sure people will have problems with every dealer, but i live three minutes from this one so i will continue to go there
