Anyone here a Real Estate Broker?

Are any of the folks I know in this club a real estate broker? I passed the sales associate exam and need to stick my license with someone for the next year i guess. I'm not gonna be a realtor...i just became a sales associate so I can make, when applicable, a commission on my own buying and selling of property.

PM me to discuss further...thanks

So how many tries till you passed it? lol right now im doing the 45hr post licensing course freaking PITA. Where do you live? i had mine with home investment realty,by sand lake road, even if you buy and sell thru them its like an $400 fee for any sale (that was a year and a half ago) and you dont have too have an MLS,you could use theirs

i just need to put my license with someone so i can get commissions on my own buying and selling (i am a developer now). I cant get my own brokers license for another year. So...in the meantime....i need to stick it with someone. I obviously dont want to give up much...but....i'll give the person like 5% of what i bring in. I'm not gonna be a realtor in the normal sense of showing people houeses or whatever. so...theres not much liability in that sense.
