Thanks for the info and advice.

I have decided against purchasing this suspension set-up. After sharing a couple PM's with the seller, the only thing that is revised with his set-up are the rear springs. The unrevised shocks were the real culprits to the early 350z bouncing issues and since this set up (rear springs/shocks) each have different ratings, the ride would be horrible.

Hopefully I will be able to purchase a complete (revised 04.5-06) OEM 350z (front and rear) Suspension with low miles with the front shocks and springs mounted WITH oem upper shock mounts.
