But, optimally, 7 is the goal/max for the 3.33 pulley. The 3.12 and 2.87 would yield similar results, just shy of the optimal psi. Going to the 2.87 is very risky without a lot of other enhancements, primarily a built short block and injectors.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Issue is headers for me...breathing too well and the engine really takes all the pressure it can get - so lower boost result. HP is great though with lower boost on my car, so I'm not complaining..just want more..

Getting an average of 5 - 5.5 - but the car runs hard with the HP of 9-10lbs of boost.
Then again - heads and cams don't hurt in the power building cycle either. The increased efficiency is what has brought the boost level down...I know...I just don't want to take it apart more than once to get what I want.

With the FMU and SS box adjustments, there should be no reason for Injectors until approximately 500HP or more...and I've got about 100HP til I get there - so the fuel system is something I'm not very concerned about for the power level.

but how safe is running the fmu at such a hi hp? I'm in the process of ditching the fmu and inline pump and just adding 440cc + walbro but no one has been able to give me a straight answer as to if this is possible. Everyone keeps telling to get the aam return fuel line but why is it needed? Do u even use the fuel regulator that comes with the kit or is it all for looks? I wish someone would be up front about the answer.
