Doh, did what i did, should have done the 3.12 right off the hop.
What size injectors you going with. I dont think you can scale back
anything bigger than 380's, but booger would know more. I think
you have to adjust fuel cells in the vacuum side so you dont run
rough and rich.

Yep, should have. But it will be nice to see what the HP will jump to once I throw the 3.12 on there, put 440 injectors, and get it tuned to be a little bit meaner lol. I am curious as to what is causing the low numbers though, I'm going to lose the Spacer as that might be a possibility...

That dip in pw up top is wierd. I too have it for my vortech dyno. What gear did u dyno it and at wat psi? If u are thinking about upgrading to the 3.12 pulley, u wont need the 440cc. U can stay with 380cc and u wont have to reflash the ecu bc there's no way u are going to make over 400hp with the 3.12 pulley.

Why would the plenum spacer rob you of hp? I would think it would increase top end hp, but decrease boost.

hmmm, looks funny. Did they give you the boost levels you made you power at? You should be able to see your A/F too, so you can see how much power is being made from 1 to 8 psi. I think you're not getting a full 8 psi. The newer belts tend to slip more. I made 340 rwhp on a DD with 8 psi and Crawford Cast with a very conservative tune. I had 79k miles when I installed the SC.

I dont know why it would, but it's worth taking off and dynoing with out it just to make sure? Unless some one already has tried this and would like to chime in?

Well as for the belt, I have the 93.5 Gates belt on there so I dont think that would be causing me to loose psi. I was not there for the dyno, kel did you guys check where I was at with boost? Well my Walbro 255 just came in, Pulley is on its way, so by next week she will be getting everything on and dynoed again. And she is pulling just beautifully right now, I am very very pleased.

P.S. Do you guys kow if the Gates 93.5 will work with the 3.12 Pulley? Thanks

No, you need to get a smaller belt. Not sure on the size though. Did you just dyno your car or was it tuned as well?

Damn something is wrong, 310 hp on a vortech, i think thats the lowest ive heard. You imagine with 60 more hp that youre suppose to have, youll be real happy.
