Greddy TT Kit - 2006 G35 2dr 6 MT
So, is it pretty much a BAD BAD idea to make any attempts at doing this without pulling the engine?
If the answer is yes I can get a lift for like $150.00 so that's not an issue, but would I need to pull the engine all the way out, or just tilt it up and raise it a good foot or so for clear access to the manifolds?

I cut the crap out of my Nismo bumper to allow more air flow.
See the 9th page of this thread. There are two sets of pics.

You would need to at least get to the point where the manifolds and turbos can be installed. You don't have to pull the motor all the way but you will need to drop it quite a bit down. One of my turbos is 1/8" from the car so there is no way it could have been installed any other way.
