Is it possible...

Is it possible to add a pulley to where the vortech blower runs seperate from the power steering etc.. Anyone attempt this????

I've actually looked into this. You would need a custom Crank Pulley that is double width to handle more than 1 belt, and the others would need to be spaced to accept the new location as well.

Not worth it as fa as I can tell with research.

I'd rather have a a full Cog pulley setup if anything...

yep - the whole issue becomes belt alignment...

For me, to go that far, I would do a compound pulley, 1/2 as cog for the blower direct, and let the factory belts run as normal...though you would figure Vortech would not have gone out of their way if there was a cheaper and easier solution to what they have already done.

One must balance the angular [sideways] forces that any accessory drive exerts on the crankshaft bearings and the balancer..........failure to do so will result in faster front main bearing wear not to mention oil leaks from front main seal.

Someone on here was working on a full "toothed" belt set-up. I don't remember who. However, I think it was for a Stillen SC.
