Glad you are still loveing your car Andy. Let me know when you are ready for more power with the full build. Like I told you, be carefull with that thing or you might need to build that motor sooner than you had planned.

I have not change the internals yet. I plan to upgrade the cams, rods, pistons later this year for more power and reliability.

Currently I have popcharger intake, DC ceramic headers, hi-flow cat, borla exhaust.
With all the breathing mods you have, how much boost is it putting out? I bet that thing is so loud w/ the popcharger...

Did you have the S/C rotors coated? Made a difference on mine

My eaton is teflon coated. suppose to be better when transfering
air flow. less chance of detonation when running my smaller pulley. scan logs backed this up. worth it imo

No dyno yet, so I don't know the exact numbers - S4 with small pulleys @ 9psi.

I didn't know about the coating. I don't think my has it.

San Diego to Los Angeles: 19.1 MPG - freeway - I've got 19.5 MPG freeway/city prior to SC.

Surprisingly, the popcharger doesn't make it any louder with SC installed. The engine idle and run normally (not loud) just like stock. The SC only whines when it kicks in and the rotors spinning during hard acceleration.

The SC sounds and feels so much better in person, especially when I floor it. It's a BLAST to drive now!

ported Sc

I had my M-62 ported. It is a little louder than the stock blower. AAM flashed the ECU and it screams at 7100 rpm.
The bad part is that I lost 40 psig in #2 cylinder and will be replacing the moter, I have a custom pulley and it runs 9.5 lbs of boost. I will post the dyno chart tonight.
I also have headers on the moter and it makes 302 rwhp on a 5 AT. I spoke to Sam at GTM and the new moter will have his SC cam in it. It will help remove the overlap and it should make more power.

No, not at all. It whined in the video because I was stepping on the gas the entire time for demonstration purpose only. I usually just briefly to accelerate and no need to stay on it. Trust me, Stillen SC sounds and feels amazing in person with normal daily driving, with bursts of accelerations here and there. It sounds stock at most time, only when you floor it, and then stay on it!

I was sold after my first ride in a 350Z with Stillen Stage 3.

Yeah, 302 w/ stage 4 sounds a little low, even w/ the 5AT. Did you notice any gain from the AAM ECU flash? Was that done prior to the s/c or after?

Yeah it does.... I dynoed in at 300 when I had my stage 3... I have stage 4 now and it feels much more powerful than before.

Im guessing its your headers and hi flow cats?..... I learned that these superchargers need back pressure
