Well I've gone ahead and purchased an 04 6mt to replace my 04 5AT. Kel at Xevous is now in the process of returning the 5AT to stock. After that it's the install of the vortech that was on the 5AT. Also the FI catback has to be installed on the 6mt from the 5at. I'm leaving the HF cats off the car for now and see how it sounds, too loud for me with it on.

Impressions of the 6mt...what a difference driving the 6mt versus the 5AT. It feels so much stronger than the auto, before the SC of course. Could it be the placebo effect, having a different car..? Can't wait to drive with the sc installed. One thing I regret was not having the auto dynoed, after some issues were initially resolved, to compare the 6mt to. I'm really hoping everything goes well with no hiccups, can't wait...he he.
