I know it's not much but for an automatic and running on stock block, I can't complain.

Car info:
vortech sc at 10.5 psi
borla exhaust
MREV 2+ w/ 5/16 spacers
Alphawerks headers
kinetix cat
RC 440cc
AAM return line
2 walbro pump (yes 2)
stillen VB (cant feel the difference from stock )

Very Nice! 2.87 pulley? How does the MREV2 help on a non-revup? Thanks.

Yup. The MREV2 w/ spacers produces the most hp/tq if u have something to tune the A/F ratio with.

What do you mean exactly? Motordyne says MREV2 doesn't really help non-revups. I guess its different with FI? I see that you got the Return Fuel line working that we talked about a while ago. How did you implement it? Did you used a FP Regulator? I'm guessing this is just a few components from AAM's Basic Return Fuel System? Lastly, how does the power compare from you previous setup?

Sorry for all the questions, lol. Thanks.

I always thought the MREV makes the same hp as that of the 5/16 spacer but once combined, the stock ecu is too lean if not corrected.

I was afraid that the stock fuel line wasnt enough if I went with 2.87 pulley so I opt to pay alittle more for the stage 1 fuel return line (lines, fittings, rails, and fpr). Wierd thing was that after 6K rpm and 100% duty cycle with 440cc and walbro 255 pump, I was still too lean and had to get 2 pumps with this setup.

As for the previous pw:
1) STOCK - 232
2) NA with my mods (mrev2, spacers, pulleys, intake, cats, exhaust, headers, unichip) - 243
3) vortech 3.12 and fmu/aux pump at 7psi (slipping) - 360
4) vortech 2.87 at 10.5 psi - 422.5

So you got the whole return kit? I don't think thats necessary, but its a good safety measure. I'm not surprised you went a little lean, 440cc's are good for 440hp and you are making 422whp. I think you should have went with 550's, because with 2 pumps, I am guessing your over 100% duty cycle with the 440's or very close. Regardless, those are awesome numbers for a Vortech. How does the power feel compared to the 3.12 setup? Does it come on a lot sooner?

ya, I should of went with 550 but for some reason I didnt think I need to go that big. The previous tune was very conservative around 10.2 a/f at wot and now its around 12 to 11.8 at wot. Also, I had a bad idler pulley and some belt slippage when I dyno the 3.12. The boost comes a lot sooner, around 2500-2800 rpm. This is definitly a differnt car now.

Wow, isn't 12 a little aggressive? Did you get any signs of knock during the dyno runs? Are you still on the SS box?

I believe u want to stay as close to 12 as possible. It's around 12 - 11.8 in the mid rpms and as I reach close to redline it starts to dip down to 11.5.

I think he could of gotten a little more hp if he went all the way to redline but this is a stock motor and I didnt want to push it.

I'm also running the greddy EU and no knocking thank god.
